• If the driver does not arrive within the stipulated time, customers can cancel without a penalty.

4. Fare and Payment

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must follow safety guidelines and driver instructions.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the user will result in additional charges.
• Users must not carry illegal substances or engage in unlawful activities during the ride.

6. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers must follow traffic laws and ensure passenger safety.
• Drivers must maintain a professional attitude toward customers.
• The company is not responsible for personal belongings left behind in the cab.

7. Liability and Limitations

• The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of business due to service disruptions.
• Users agree to use the service at their own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution
